This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Luminary Cards through https://luminarycards.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.

1. No Voluntary Returns or Refunds

Luminary Cards operates a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, incorrect purchases, or any other discretionary reason.

This includes, but is not limited to, trading card game (TCG) products, sealed products, single cards, accessories, and promotional items.

2. Sealed and Trading Card Products

Due to the nature of trading card products, all sealed items and all single cards are non-returnable once dispatched.

Opened, tampered, or unsealed products will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Card condition is subjective, and minor imperfections do not constitute a fault.

3. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where an item is proven to be faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, and only to the minimum extent required by law.

Evidence may be required, including photographs or return of the item.

4. Cancellation Rights

Where applicable under UK law, digital services or sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery are exempt from cancellation rights.

Any cancellation rights that do apply will be handled strictly in accordance with legal requirements only.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Luminary Cards actively challenges all chargebacks and payment disputes.

Any chargeback raised without first contacting us will be disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, tracking data, and this policy.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law, including recovery of costs and legal action where appropriate.

6. Refused or Returned Parcels

Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect will not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any refund issued in such cases is at our sole discretion and may be reduced to cover shipping and handling costs.
