We sell trading card game (TCG) products, including sealed products, single cards, and accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations, printing differences, manufacturer changes, or colour differences may occur and do not constitute defects.

Card condition descriptions are subjective and based on our reasonable assessment.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If payment has been taken, a refund will be issued.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Pricing and Errors

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel and refund the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is dispatched.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Certain items, including sealed trading card products, may not be eligible for return once opened, except where required by law.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Trading card game names, logos, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with Site functionality, or use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government.
